What this is all about...

My name is Parker Jacques and I created this blog to document my journey through my vegetable gardening class here at the University of Florida. This blog will last for the duration of the course so, until approximately December 4th. I will be growing a garden with all the necessary supplies given to me by the university. I plan on growing most of the ingredients I need to make a giant eggplant parmesan. Wish me luck!
